Baby On Board!

For the past couple days, Michael and I have been talking about the possibility of being pregnant. So we were waiting a couple days just to see if it was delayed due to stress of getting the bridal party together for more pictures. Then at 3:30 AM the dogs wanted to go the bathroom and I thought I may as well take the home pregnancy test. To my surprise, it can back positive!



I ran upstairs with the pregnancy test in my hand, poked Michael, and said we need to talk. He was so confused at what was happening and he wasn’t able to read the test. Then he saw the two lines and read what it meant on the side. I think he was legitimately surprised, yet excited at the same time.

I wasn’t too sure how well this test would be, but Michael was thrilled that he ended up telling his co-workers (Keith, Mike, and Jeff). I wanted some reassurance before I said anything. I went to Lab Corp and waited for about an hour then headed to work. I was so excited that I wanted to say something, but just knew I should probably wait.

Well I was still excited when I got off work that I called my friend Laura. She couldn’t believe it! I told her things happened faster than we would have liked, but whatever happened happened so we were excited!
