HappyThanksgiving

Our day wasn't going to be as hectic as originally planned, but somehow we still managed to get off to a slow start. I wanted to start a tradition of our own by having a nice big breakfast before heading over to visit with our families. The only problem was that I didn't take into consideration the fact I would have to entertain a little one. While Michael and I didn't get to fully enjoy our breakfast, it was probably in the best interest to not eat so much right from the beginning of the day.

After dropping off the pups at my parents house, we headed over to my Grandparent's house. It was a smaller than usual gathering, but still we were able to enjoy the holiday with family. Emma was the highlight of some of the family members day; especially since she is changing so much. And she loves being the center of attention.

Our next stop was down to my Aunt Joan's house where we again gathered with a small group of family members. Emma was able to play more with her cousin, Katie. They will have so much fun in just a few short months when Emma is able to do more on her own. We didn't stay too late here because we had to get in the lines for the Black Friday deals. I hope we get all that we go to the store for and don't have to beat some people up for those items.

Dad lets go this way. Emma is really wanting to begin walking like now.

Thanks Katie for showing me your cool chair.

All smiles to her cousin.

Taking a bite out of the rocking chair.

Playing with Katie.

I think this is the dog's chair, but I like it.

Dad, can I have one of these chairs?
