After arriving to Panama City Beach yesterday, we got a few essential groceries and off to bed we went, relatively early because we have fun filled days coming up. And today is the day I've been waiting for...to see if Emma will love the beach and water as much as I do! Depending on the temperature and what the forecast is calling for will determine how much time we spend at the beach. And then there is the thought that if she doesn't like the beach, what do we do all day?
Waking up on our first day in Florida.
Umm, what is that out there?
And what is on this ground here?
Getting a view from the chairs.
Being brave and getting a closer look at the beach and water.
And Emma likes it! (well at least the view).
So excited to get down there!
This whole big place just for little me!?!
Looking out at the water.
First our legs get wet, then we stick our hands in...
Oh who are we kidding...she loves it!
A bit harder to walk in the water.
Getting a little help from Mommy.
Touching the wet sand.
Time to build a sand castle.
Or maybe just playing with the toys instead.
Time to adventure out into the water with Daddy.
Dragging Daddy all over the place.
Letting go and trying to walk on her own.
Well maybe its better if we hold hands.
Daddy will show Emma how to build a sand castle.
First you need to level the surface area.
Then fill the castle mold.
Turn the mold over and ...
We built a sand castle!
Emma pointing to where the next one will go.
Our little campsite on the beach.
Then Emmazilla came to destroy the sand castle.
The life of a little girl.
We forgot the water.
Adding sand to the bucket.
Rinsing off in the outside shower.
Then in the inside shower.
Emma and Daddy
The beach wore her out today.
