Kids Meal Already?

Emma and I met my cousin, Michelle, for lunch at the Cheesecake Factory at Chesterfield Mall. I had to laugh when the hostess asked how many were dining there; my response was two adults and a little one. So we sat down and there were two adult menus and one child's menu. Did Emma really look old enough to need a menu? When our waitress came to get our drink order, she asked if the little one would like anything and I simply said "oh no not yet". In my mind that meant that she wasn’t old enough, but I guess in this waitress’ eyes that meant that she would want something later. After ordering our food, the waitress came back with a small plate of sliced bananas and bread for Emma. I mean really does it look like she can even eat yet? Oh well, it was a nice gesture, but I mean come on people Emma is only a few weeks old!
