Today is Emma’s one month birthday! It’s also her Papa’s birthday and the day that Uncle Scott leaves for Australia for a month. Emma slept pretty good throughout the night considering all that happened yesterday, but she was still tired so much today. It was good that she slept so much because I was able to pick up around the house and write out al the thank you notes for the gifts Emma received.
Michael, Emma, and I were going to join the family for my dad and Uncle Ron’s birthday dinner at Zia’s. It was a good time for Aunt June to hold Emma after we were finished eating. After being passed around again, Emma slept when it was time to head home. So daddy took her home while I went back with my parents to their house so I could pick up the other girls, Cali and Lexi.

When I got home, the girls were kissing all over Emma. Since it was Emma’s one month birthday, Michael video taped some of the things Emma is able to do now. (I'll have to figure out how to add a video into the blog) He got her holding her head up by herself and spending some time on her tummy and rotating her head. She is growing up so fast; I can’t believe it’s already been a month!
