Surprise Jill

When Michael and I got back to our house from picking up Emma's Baptism cake, we didn’t have much time before we had to head over to my parent’s house for Jill’s surprise graduation party. Emma had slept the majority of the time she was with Mindy. I quickly gave Emma a sponge bath since she had spit up several times. We packed up the pups belongings and got all the girls ready to go. We thought it would be better to take the pups to my parent’s house so that they don’t get freaked out by all the people at our house for the party. When we got to my parent’s house, my mom and dad held Emma for just a short amount of time before great grandma snatched her up. That’s where you could find Emma the majority of the afternoon. Jimmy and John came over and they were so excited to meet Emma. Uncle Ron, Roger, Aunt Joan, Uncle Matt, and Katie also came to surprise Jill. We were wondering how we would know when Greg and Jill would be coming in and what Jill thought would be going on. I sent Greg a text message asking what they had planned for the night and he called to let us know Jill got a purse and they would be coming home at that time. When Jill walked in and everyone yelled surprise you should have seen her face; it was priceless! We visited for a little bit then ate dinner, played cards and catch phrase. We ended up staying a little later than I intended to, especially since we have a busy day tomorrow. When Michael and I got home, it was around 11:00 PM so we fed Emma and got her ready for bed. While she was sleeping, we hurried to get some things set up for tomorrow. Everything that we could do was done so off to bed for a little bit.


Jill was truly surprised by the party.
