This morning Mason took an early nap and while the weather was comfortable, I thought Emma and I could quickly put up the Halloween decorations outside. In the years past, it has always been freezing cold when we would decorate outside, so why not enjoy the weather and do it now. I tried to move quickly as I knew Mason would be waking up shortly, and it seemed like it was within no time that he was awake. We had decorated the bush with lights and some spider webs, hung the skeleton heads, placed the bones in the yard, and put up the scarecrow and hay. I'm so glad my little helpers were able to help decorate with me.
Hard to see it, but the orange lights in the bush.
Emma had cut the grass while I was decorating.
The scarecrow and hay, which Emma really likes.
Getting the spider webs ready.
And we can't forget to put the spiders on the bush too!
Snack time.
Spider web bush with hidden spiders.
Skeletone bones in the yard.
The skeleton heads and scarecrow.
Pointing up to the skeleton heads.
Mason woke up from his nap and joined us outside for snacks.
Cool jumping picture!
Emma found the moon.
More snacks.
Being silly.
Gazing up at the sky.
Caught a smile from her!
Messy boy, but a happy boy!
Hiding from me.
Picking her nose.
