Emma has begun to show more of an interest in going potty on the big girl potty again. It's been a few months since she first went potty on the potty, and maybe that one time was a freak accident. Now it seems like Emma knows the feeling when she has to go potty and is beginning to let us know. While we were playing downstairs this morning, I told Emma we were going to make a potty chart and she could start using it today! Since Dora is one of her favorite characters right now, I thought I would incorporate that into this whole process. Dora has a cute saying "we did it, we did it, yea we did it, hooray" and we have been saying that with a lot of things lately. So what better than to have that saying on the potty chart too! We also have some Dora stickers that Emma can add to the potty chart when she does one of the tasks. I think this is going to be the start that she needs to really go potty on the big girl potty!

Checking out the potty chart.
Baby Elmo had to take a look too.
So excited that she could see the stickers in the mirror.
Showing Daddy the stickers when he got home.
And the stickers she earned for trying to go potty today.
So proud of Emma for trying to go potty like a big kid!
